With a background in law and a natural drive for connecting with people, I gradually found myself gravitating toward the world of sales and business development. What began as a career shift soon turned into a passion for building high-performing teams and helping individuals unlock their potential.

I founded this company with a simple but powerful mission: to create an environment where people don’t just work, they thrive. I believe in building careers, not just job descriptions, and in fostering a culture of growth, mentorship, and opportunity.

Outside of work, you can usually find me on the pickleball court or spending time with family and friends. Whether it’s strategizing for the next big move or just enjoying a good meal with loved ones, I try to bring the same energy and intention to every part of life.

Torian

HEAD OF RECRUITING

Torian is from Barbados and moved to America in 2016 on a soccer scholarship. His hobbies include playing and watching soccer as well as being with family and reading his Bible.
 
Torian is excited to be a part of the Avenir Consulting Solutions family because of the endless opportunities for growth, both professionally and personally. Avenir Consulting Solutions  provides the perfect environment for any type of development necessary!
 

Alyssa

HR MANAGER

Born in Michigan and raised in Virginia, Alyssa proudly calls Virginia home. She earned her Biology degree from Radford University, driven by a strong curiosity for science and the natural world. Seeking a new challenge and meaningful impact, Alyssa joined Avenir Consulting Solutions because its mission aligned closely with her values and career goals.

Alyssa is motivated, dedicated, and passionate about helping others grow. At Avenir, she focuses on creating opportunities that empower individuals to advance professionally while strengthening the team’s leadership and long-term success.

Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys spending time with friends and family, painting as a creative outlet, and staying active with her two dogs — passions that keep me balanced and inspired.

Corey

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

With an M.A. in Applied Sociology and a B.A. in Sociology, my long-term goal is to establish my own business in marketing and consulting, where I can merge my academic training with practical business strategies.

I am passionate about applying sociological insights to help individuals and organizations reach their full potential, while also leveraging data-driven approaches to address and improve social issues and policies. My experience as a Student Assistant at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, strengthened my skills in research, analysis, and administrative support, equipping me with the tools to contribute effectively in both academic and professional settings. I chose ACS because of the people and the opportunity to help others grow. 

Jake

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Bringing a diverse background in customer service, operations, and team leadership. Born in Houston, Texas, and raised primarily in eastern North Carolina, Jake has lived in multiple states, developing a strong sense of adaptability and cultural awareness.

With a career spanning the restaurant industry, customer-facing roles, and blue-collar work, Jake has built a reputation for his work ethic, problem-solving skills, and ability to build lasting client relationships. His wide range of interests and commitment to continuous learning drive his success in delivering exceptional service and results for Avenir’s clients.

Will

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Born and raised in Chicago, Will was shaped by hard work, resilience, and the value of community. Will attended Ripon College, where he competed as a four-year collegiate basketball player — an experience that strengthened his leadership, discipline, and competitive drive.

Coming from a big, family-oriented background, Will was drawn to ACS for its strong, family-like culture and growth-driven environment. Will saw an opportunity not only to grow professionally, but to be part of a team that pushes each other to succeed.

Will’s goal is to continue expanding the office, help others reach their milestones, and ultimately open his own office. To him, success means creating lasting impact and opportunities for those around him — not just personal achievement.

McKayla

MARKET DIRECTOR – PITTSBURGH

A southern Utah native, McKayla is passionate about continuous learning and helping others grow. She holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Human Nutrition and Spanish from Southern Utah University and a Master’s in Public Health from Utah State University.

Her career began in health and technology, where she developed expertise in data analytics and project management, later transitioning into sales and marketing.

At ACS, she focuses on building authentic relationships and supporting both personal and professional growth. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and experimenting with new recipes, while continually seeking opportunities to expand her skills and make a lasting impact.
